Hi, I’m Andrew Chanania.

I’m principal and founder of North Fork Development, LLC. I have over a decade of experience working in the community development and affordable housing industry. Five of those years were spent working for the Montana Department of Commerce administering federal block grants used to fund infrastructure, public and community facilities, and affordable housing preservation and new construction efforts, and managing the State of Montana’s HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs.

I founded North Fork Development in 2017 to facilitate the production and preservation of affordable housing and help developers, local governments and nonprofits attract and deploy capital. Since its inception, North Fork Development has worked with a wide range of organizations in Montana and surrounding states to address the growing need for housing all residents can afford.
